Yes. The assessment, the report, and the 30-minute conversation with a specialist are free. Softo monetizes through the projects that come out of these conversations, not through the assessment.
Is my data private?
Your report is individual and confidential. Responses are used in aggregate and anonymized form to build market benchmarks.
Who will see my answers?
Only the Softo team preparing your report. We never share identified answers with third parties, clients, or partners.
How long does it take to receive the report?
The link to your report arrives by email within 5 minutes after you submit your answers.
Do I have to be a Softo client to use it?
No. Pulse is open to any company interested in self-assessing. There's no obligation to continue with Softo afterwards.
Can I suggest a new assessment?
